I just have to rant a little, whats happening to british football abroad?? We used to be a bank in Europe and now we are just delivering points with a smile! Celtic, Birmingham have already lost again today in the Europa League and have to hope to progress. Chelsea are struggling in the Champions League and Man City are probably out too. With all the money spent over the last decade we should be absolutely dominanting Europe. Our only hope seems to be AGAIN United. Jeez, really had to get rid of that now. Watching Spurs vs PAOK now, if Spurts wont win that, we are in serious trouble!

I dont want to add to your worries, but Tottenham have just gone 0:1 down.
Anyway, I have to disagree slightly with you, I don't think that British football is in a bad state. The big teams are still going strong (Chelsea can still make the next round), Arsenal and ManU are also in a good position and even Man City can still qualify. After all that success over the last 5 years it can only go down. It is impossible to keep up european success at such level the mainly english clubs have done.

home defeat to a greek team! Thats exactly what Im talking about. Couple of years ago unheard of! But Spurs were pretty unlucky not to score the equalizer!
